Apollo Nut Roaster, Model 50 AN.CC capacity 50liters (10-30kg), is suitable for roasting nut into salt. It discharges the nut from the roaster by means of a perforated cone and keeps salt in the drum for another batch. Drum is made of stainless steel, powered by an electric geared motor 1hp. It is equipped with a combustion chamber isolated with ceramic fiber, which can resist even the highest temperatures. It is heated by an electric burner using gas or gas oil, without burner. It is supplied with a dust salt retainer. The roaster has different speeds to suit roasting all kind of nuts.
