Our High-Speed Coffee Roasters are heated indirectly to allows maximum fuel economy in consequence of the rational arrangement of the roasting drum and of the combustion furnace placed on the same vertical plane eliminate all heat dispersion.
The Combustion Furnace is made in fire clay stones, which can resist even the highest temperatures.

It is heated by an electric burner using gas or gas oil. The diaphragm of the fire clay insulates the combustion furnace from the roasting drum. In the drum coffee roasted by the sucked heated air by an electric fan through the combustion chamber. The raw coffee surrounded by the flux of heated air is roasted completely, gradually and uniformly, without the flame touching the drum and consequently the coffee.

The roasting machine, manufactured according to the European safety rules. All material entering in the construction are CE standards.
