The Model 32FG has earned its reputation for excellence because of heavy duty and unequalled versatility. It can fill all kind of granules also free flowing powder.
The weighing filler model 32FG is reliable, very simple to use and to adjust.

Accuracy: The weighing filler model 32FG is working on mechanical balance system, trouble free and need no maintenance. It can be easily preset for fills ranging from 200 up to 2500 grams.

It weighs through a belt-driven feeder with two stage digital controller. The belt powered by an electric geared box motor 1/2 HP, fills the bags with two speeds, bulk and dribble feed to increase accuracies. We maximize packaging rates while maintaining repeatable accurate weighing results.

Accuracy 0.5 to 1 % may be obtained with most products such as free flowing powder or granules materials, filling rates are 10 up to 40 Fills per minute.

Versatility:

Interchangeable bag feeder is quickly installed for small and big fills. The Model 32FG is supplied with:
- Standard hopper capacity: 80 liters / 50kg grains feeding height 185cm.
150 liters / 100 kg feeding height 205cm.
- Chain-driving geared electric motor 0.5 Hp totally enclosed.
- A receiving container, fixed on the balance and supplied with a discharged door working on an electric solenoid, release the products into the bags feeder for preparing automatically another fill.
- Recycling foot switch pacing the operator for convenient starting of fill cycle.
- All contact surfaces of the machine with the material to be weighed, hopper, filling system, receiving container, bag feeder are built in stainless steel type 304 and the other parts of the machine are made of first quality steel painted.
- Control panel include recycling timer, fumble-proof control sensibly arranged for greatest efficiency.
- Main panel, dust-tight cabinet features large; include motor starters, electronic inverter, timer for solenoid releasing door; arranged for convenient connection to power supply 220- 240 Volts, 50-60 Hz.
