Accuracy:

The volumetric filling principle can be easily preset for precise control of auger, for fills ranging from 25 to 5000 Gr. Accuracy 0.5 to 1 % may be obtained with most products, filling rates are 5 to 30 Fills per minute.

Versatility:

Interchangeable numerous standard augers are quickly installed and offer the user efficient dispensing for dry or wet, fine or granular, free flowing or non-free flowing powder.
The Model 35FP can be supplied with:
- Different type of augers diameter:
30mm for filling 25 - 100 Gr.
40mm for filling 100 - 500 Gr.
50mm for filling 500 - 2500 Gr.
- Hopper capacity 60 liters, dust-tight hopper cover and large in feed duct
- Driver electric motor 1.5 Hp totally enclosed supplied with cone pulley given selection of 4 different auger speed.
- Agitator driven by an electric geared motor 0.5 Hp, totally enclosed. The agitator is driven in 3 ways; separately, with each fill or continuously.
